The "Elclean" is a web cleaner (paper dust removal device) specifically designed for corrugated sheets. The cleaning head, installed to cover the entire surface of the cardboard sheet, is divided into two zones: an air knife (blow-out port) and an air vacuum (suction inlet). The air knife is also equipped with an electrostatic removal device. It lifts the paper dust and debris that are adhered due to static electricity and guides them to the air vacuum. The air containing the sucked-in paper dust and debris is cleaned by an automatic filter unit and circulated back to the air knife. 【Features】 ■ Effective across the full width of the sheet.
